Daytime Recharge: 1 May Breath & Nidra (In Person)
This 45 minute session is designed to fit your busy day. Join us for centering breath practice plus a full yoga nidra session. Nidra provides deep restoration for the brain equivalent to around two or three hours of sleep. This non-sleep deep rest practice will help you feel energised, clear and ready for the rest of the day.
