I’m Ann-Marie, a BACP accredited psychotherapist and certified Advanced Breathing Instructor with Oxygen Advantage. I have 20+ years' clinical experience and am a doctoral researcher at the University of Bath Department of Health, specialising in breathing for stress reduction.
I believe in the power of talking therapy, but also that sometimes you need to start with the body and work your way inward to the mind for real whole-person health.
