A Fresh Take on Anxiety

Anxiety to Energy is based on the idea that anxiety is a normal human response to our mind-body system becoming overstressed or repeatedly stressed.  Anxiety is something that everyone experiences at different times and at different intensities.  Anxiety is based in the body - can you imagine experiencing anxiety without your body involved at all?

Anxiety is allowed to escalate when we find it too difficult to recognise the genuine needs of our mind & body.  Too often we overwrite the messages from the body with stories.  Sometimes we work hard to disconnect from our bodies because the messages are inconvenient or painful.

The good news is that breath is an always-available road into calming the body and making it feel safer to listen. 

In Anxiety to Energy we start with the body and sort out the rest later.  We don't need to know WHY you are anxious, first we need to give you the headspace to think about it more clearly. The tools in this section will help you do just that.
